Abstract / Architectural

Architectural - The architectural works signify a new Renaissance of art in architecture derived from the ingenuity of ancient cultures who combined the human form with structural elements, are portrayed in a minimal contemporary designs. An integral element of these works descends from an ancient architectural use of space, that dealt with the power of volume, as well as the supremacy of the vertical, which acts as an organizing principle in these works, that is complimented with horizontal lines, found in each design. The origin of the vertical is submersed in mythological thought, which symbolizes a direction from the earth to the stars. Each sculpture is born from this concept, creating a powerful image of the spiritual relationship of the man to sculpture, and art to architecture. These structural sculptures are designed to suit the particular architectural style that can be integrated into the confines or façade of a building, or can be set into an interior or exterior landscape.
